河南与全球经济发展的密切程度不断加强,加强对外经济合作是今后发展的必由之路。然而河南人力资源的状况不尽如人意,在这样的条件下如何参与国际合作和竞争,是当前河南服务业对外开放的实际问题。河南应以比较优势为基础选择服务业的开放视角,避免陷入误区,把农业服务业作为对外开放重点发展的服务行业。
河南與全毬經濟髮展的密切程度不斷加彊,加彊對外經濟閤作是今後髮展的必由之路。然而河南人力資源的狀況不儘如人意,在這樣的條件下如何參與國際閤作和競爭,是噹前河南服務業對外開放的實際問題。河南應以比較優勢為基礎選擇服務業的開放視角,避免陷入誤區,把農業服務業作為對外開放重點髮展的服務行業。
하남여전구경제발전적밀절정도불단가강,가강대외경제합작시금후발전적필유지로。연이하남인력자원적상황불진여인의,재저양적조건하여하삼여국제합작화경쟁,시당전하남복무업대외개방적실제문제。하남응이비교우세위기출선택복무업적개방시각,피면함입오구,파농업복무업작위대외개방중점발전적복무행업。
The close degree between Henan province and the global economic development is enforced day by day and it is the necessary way for the future development to strengthen the foreign economic cooperation.However,the condition of human resources of Henan province is not satisfactory.Under such conditions how to take part in the international cooperation and struggle is a real question for the Henan service trade to open up to the outside world at present.Henan province should choose the open eyes of the service trade with its quite advantage as the foundation;avoid itself from dropping into error and take the agricultural service trade as the key development industry for opening to the outside world..
