凤头姜是获国家地理标志产品保护的、湖北省特有优质生姜品种.以恩施市来凤县的凤头姜为材料,进行脱毒苗快繁,比较添加了不同浓度的NAA、6-BA的MS培养基对凤头姜试管苗生根、增殖、根状茎发育及株高的影响.结果表明,当6-BA的浓度为2.0 mg/L,NAA的浓度为0.2 mg/L时,对生姜试管苗生根的促进效果最明显;当6-BA的浓度为4.0 mg/L、NAA的浓度为0.2 mg/L时最利于生姜试管苗的增殖;当MS培养基中只添加2mg/L的6-BA,不添加NAA时,最有利于生姜根状茎的生长;当NAA浓度为0.5 mg/L、6-BA的浓度为2 mg/L时最有利于生姜株高的增加.
鳳頭薑是穫國傢地理標誌產品保護的、湖北省特有優質生薑品種.以恩施市來鳳縣的鳳頭薑為材料,進行脫毒苗快繁,比較添加瞭不同濃度的NAA、6-BA的MS培養基對鳳頭薑試管苗生根、增殖、根狀莖髮育及株高的影響.結果錶明,噹6-BA的濃度為2.0 mg/L,NAA的濃度為0.2 mg/L時,對生薑試管苗生根的促進效果最明顯;噹6-BA的濃度為4.0 mg/L、NAA的濃度為0.2 mg/L時最利于生薑試管苗的增殖;噹MS培養基中隻添加2mg/L的6-BA,不添加NAA時,最有利于生薑根狀莖的生長;噹NAA濃度為0.5 mg/L、6-BA的濃度為2 mg/L時最有利于生薑株高的增加.

Fengtoujiang is a high quality ginger(Zingier Officinale Roscoe) cultivar only planted in Hubei,and is a National Product of Geographical Indication originated in Laifeng County,Enshi,Hubei.In this report,the virus-free test tube plantlets of Fengtoujiang were proppgated on MS media supplemented with different concentrations of NAA and 6-BA,and the root number,proliferation rate,rhizome growth and plant height were investigated.The main results are as follows: 6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L are most effective for rooting;6-BA 4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L is best to proliferation;6-BA 2 mg/L alone is most suitable for rhizome growth,and 6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L are favorable to the plant height.
