弱碱性条件下,在壳聚糖(CTS)上引入2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CTA)基团,使其阳离子化。采用正交试验通过测定合成产物的取代度确定其最佳合成条件,再用红外光谱对产物结构进行表征。结果表明:CTS/CTA质量比=1∶5,溶胀时间60 min,碱化温度35℃,反应温度60℃,反应时间9 h为该工艺的优化条件,在此条件下合成产物的取代度约为88.8%左右,且季铵基团的取代主要发生在氨基上。
弱堿性條件下,在殼聚糖(CTS)上引入2-羥丙基三甲基氯化銨(CTA)基糰,使其暘離子化。採用正交試驗通過測定閤成產物的取代度確定其最佳閤成條件,再用紅外光譜對產物結構進行錶徵。結果錶明:CTS/CTA質量比=1∶5,溶脹時間60 min,堿化溫度35℃,反應溫度60℃,反應時間9 h為該工藝的優化條件,在此條件下閤成產物的取代度約為88.8%左右,且季銨基糰的取代主要髮生在氨基上。
약감성조건하,재각취당(CTS)상인입2-간병기삼갑기록화안(CTA)기단,사기양리자화。채용정교시험통과측정합성산물적취대도학정기최가합성조건,재용홍외광보대산물결구진행표정。결과표명:CTS/CTA질량비=1∶5,용창시간60 min,감화온도35℃,반응온도60℃,반응시간9 h위해공예적우화조건,재차조건하합성산물적취대도약위88.8%좌우,차계안기단적취대주요발생재안기상。
In the poor of alkaline conditions,the 2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride group was introduced onto chitosan in order to obtain the cationic chitosan.Using orthogonal test,the optimal synthesis conditions was determined by measuring the degree of substitution of synthetic products,and products structures were characterized by infra-red spectrum.The results show that the optimal synthesis conditions were mCTS/mCTA=1∶5,the swelling time of 60 min,the alkalization temperature of 35℃,the reaction temperature of 60℃,the reaction time of 9 h.In these conditions the degree of substitution of synthetic products was about 88.8%,and the quatemary ammonium group is attached to the amino which is on the chtiosan.
