从文献记载和现在的考古发现来看，秦在西周到春秋早期，建构了完备的礼乐制度，《诗经·秦风》作为秦礼乐制度的组成部分得到传播。《诗经·秦风》反映了秦礼中的飨礼、田狩、车舆制度、人际交往等方面的具体内容。《诗经·秦风》表现了秦地风俗，具有“教训正俗”的意义，反映秦国臣下对君主的人身依附关系得到加强。从《诗经·秦风》来看，秦所建构的礼乐制度具有自身特点，是在新的形势下对礼乐制度发展的代表。

Qin, viewed from historical documents and archeological findings, had established well-structured system of rites and music from West Zhou to early Spring and Autumn, whose important componant is the Book of Songs： Qin Customs, which was popularized and reflected the specific customs in Qin such as hospitality, hunting as well as interpersonal communication. The Book of Songs： Qin Customs exhibited the customs in Qin and led the fashion and, therefore, had great influence on officials＇s independence on His Majesty. The system of rites and music, constructed by Qin had unique features, representing the latest development of it in the new conditions.
