Microwave Rat Lymphocyte subpopulations
采用微波辐照雄性清洁级Wistar大鼠,观察其对大鼠外周血淋巴细胞亚群的影响。实验结果显示:与对照组相比,10mW/cm2组、30mW/cm2组照射后第7天,5mW/cm2组、10mW/cm2组、30mW/cm2组照射后第14天,CD3+降低显著;10mW/cm2组照射后第14天,CD4+降低显著。各辐照组照射后第1、7、14天,CD8+均降低,其中,30mW/cm2组降低显著;5mW/crn2组照射后第1天,5rdW/cm2组、30mW/cm2组照射后第14天,CD4+/CD8+比值降低显著。与T淋巴细胞变化趋势相反,与对照组相比,微波辐照后,各剂量照射组B淋巴细胞CD45RA+均升高,其中,30mW/cm2照射后第1天,30mW/cm2组、60mW/cm2组照射后第14天,升高显著,并且在照射后第14天,CD45RA+随照射剂量的升高而升高。结果提示,一定剂量的微波辐照能诱发大鼠外周血淋巴细胞亚群比例的改变,导致免疫功能受损。

채용미파복조웅성청길급Wistar대서,관찰기대대서외주혈림파세포아군적영향。실험결과현시:여대조조상비,10mW/cm2조、30mW/cm2조조사후제7천,5mW/cm2조、10mW/cm2조、30mW/cm2조조사후제14천,CD3+강저현저;10mW/cm2조조사후제14천,CD4+강저현저。각복조조조사후제1、7、14천,CD8+균강저,기중,30mW/cm2조강저현저;5mW/crn2조조사후제1천,5rdW/cm2조、30mW/cm2조조사후제14천,CD4+/CD8+비치강저현저。여T림파세포변화추세상반,여대조조상비,미파복조후,각제량조사조B림파세포CD45RA+균승고,기중,30mW/cm2조사후제1천,30mW/cm2조、60mW/cm2조조사후제14천,승고현저,병차재조사후제14천,CD45RA+수조사제량적승고이승고。결과제시,일정제량적미파복조능유발대서외주혈림파세포아군비례적개변,도치면역공능수손。
CD3 + cells in 10 - 30 mW/cm2 groups at 7 d and in 5 - 30 mW/cmz groups at 14 d and CD4+ T subset in 10 roW/cm2 group at 14 d post radiation were all decreased signifieantiy as compared with control groups. 1 to 14 d after radiation, CD8+ T cells in all irradiated groups showed reduction, however, only that in 30 mW/cm2 group reduced statistically when compared with control group. CIM+/CD8+ ratios in 5 mW/cm2 group at ld and in 5 - 30 mW/cm2 groups at 14 d post radiation were all diminished statistically as compared with control groups. After microwave exposure, CIM5RA+ B cells showed opposite change to the T cells, for instance, CD45RA+ B cells in 30 mW/emz group at 1 d and in 30 - 60 mW/cm2 groups at 14 d post radiation increased significantly, which showed better dose-effect relationship 14 d after irradiation.
