Establishing a strict scientific evaluation system of teaching quality of teachers is the important means to encourage teachers on improving their teaching level and ensuring the quality of teaching. And it is the crucial part in modern teaching management in higher vocational colleges. The evaluation system of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges should be diversified. That is to say we should obey the principles: mainly on student evaluation, department evaluation secondarily, superviser experts evaluation complementarily.
