建立严密科学的教师教学质量评价体系是激励教师努力提高教学水平、保证教学质量的重要手段，是高职院校教学现代化管理的关键环节。高职院校教学质量评价体系应该多元化。即以学生评价为主，系部评价为辅，督导专家评价为补充的原则。

Establishing a strict scientific evaluation system of teaching quality of teachers is the important means to encourage teachers on improving their teaching level and ensuring the quality of teaching. And it is the crucial part in modern teaching management in higher vocational colleges. The evaluation system of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges should be diversified. That is to say we should obey the principles： mainly on student evaluation, department evaluation secondarily, superviser experts evaluation complementarily.
