分析目前我国民营企业员工敬业的状况,认为民营企业员工普遍缺乏敬业精神,敬业精神匮乏是制约民营企业发展的一个重要因素。探讨民营企业员工培养敬业精神的意义,阐述民营企业员工应该具备的敬业境界,讨论培养敬业精神的方法。

The article analyzes the present condition of the dedicated professionalism in non-state-run enterprises and holds that their staffs are short of dedicated professionalism universally and that the severe shortage of dedicated professionalism is among the important factors to constrain the development of non-state-run enterprises.And then the article covers the significance of cultivating the staff's dedicated professional-ism and what requirements the staff should meet in non-state-run enterprises.Finally the article discusses the means of how to cultivate the staff's dedicated professionalism.
