随着社会主义新农村建设的不断推进,深化农村金融体制改革,加大银行金融机构服务＂三农＂力度,以此带动农业增产、农民增收和农村经济发展已成为当务之急。2006年底,中国银监会制订发布了调整放宽农村地区银行金融机构准入政策,允许各类资本在农村地区设立新的农村银行机构,由此带来了我国村镇银行的诞生。本文结合当前我国村镇银行发展状况,分析了我国村镇银行发展的积极意义和存在的问题,并就村镇银行的进一步发展和完善提出自己的建议。

With the constant construction of socilism new rurual areas, it has become a priority for the government to deepen the financial system reform in rural areas, enhance the service function of bank and financial setups on agriculture, rural areas and farmers, so as to promote the productivity of agriculture, the famers＇ income and the rural area＇s economic development. In 2006, China Banking Regulatory Commsion enacted the permission policy on the banking and financial organizations, to the effect that various capitals are permitted to be used in rural areas to set up new bank organizations, thus brings about the emerge of village banks in our country. This paper, based on the current situation of viallage banks in our country, analyzed the positive significance and existing problems of the viallage banks, proposed some suggestions on how to develop and improve the village banks in our country.
