With the income distribution in I lunan developing into the olive shape from the pyramid shape, the auto insurance industry and business insurance coverage can be expanded exponentially. The result of auto insurance operation is directly related to the economic benefits of the property insurance industry. This paper, from the static and dynamic aspects of the auto insurance market segments in Hunan, carries out a detailed analysis and puts forward a proposal to construct further auto insurance market segmentation system in line with marketbased ear insurance rate.
