The necessity and importance of the study on the energy development in power industry were discussed briefly.The basic frame of the energy study,the main process and the key link were introduced at the standpoint of a traditional cogitation.The basic status of development research on energy in current power industry was estimated preliminarily.Aiming at main existing problems,a novel thought and phased destination were proposed.
