采用溶胶-凝胶自蔓延法制备了掺铌BaTiO3基纳米粉体及其陶瓷.通过X-射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)和场发射扫描电镜(ESEM-FEG)对粉体及其陶瓷进行了表征,并测试了陶瓷的介电性能.研究了掺铌量对粉体及陶瓷的相组成、微观形貌以及对陶瓷介电性能的影响.结果表明:溶胶-凝胶自蔓延法可以得到均匀的掺铌BaTiO3基纳米粉体.铌掺杂BaTiO3基纳米粉体由立方相BaTiO3组成,当掺铌摩尔分数ω≥5.0%时,出现了杂相Ba6TiI7O4O.烧结后陶瓷由立方相BaTiO3转变为四方相.掺Nb后陶瓷介温谱ε-T曲线趋于平缓,当掺铌摩尔分数ω=1.0%时,陶瓷介电常数达到5539,介电损耗为0.008.

A novel sol-gel auto-combustion process was used to synthesize the niobium-doped BaTiO3 ul-trafine particles and ceramics. The powders and ceramics were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and environmental scanning electron microscope-field emission gun (ESEM-FEG). Especially, the influences of Nb concentration on the microstructure, dielectric properties and phase compositions of BaTiO3 nano-powders and ceramics were investigated detailedly. It is found that the Nb-doped BaTiO3-based powders were in nanometer scale and mainly composed of a cubic BaTiO3 phase and the phase of Ba6 Ti17 O40 appeared when the Nb molar concentration was more than 5.0 %. Cubic BaTiO3 phase was transformed into tetrahedral BaTiO3 phase during the sintering process. The dielectric measure-ment demonstrates that the as-sintered ceramics with the Nb molar concentration of 1.0% has the maximum dielectric constant of 5 539 and the lowest dielectric loss of 0. 008. Ais'o the ceramics had a flat ε -T curve.
