以线材SWRH82B为研究对象,采用GLEEBLI-2000热模拟试验机对奥氏体动态再结晶进行实验研究.通过实测数据,分析了变形温度、变形速率对动态再结晶的影响;同时,分析了参数Z和动态再结晶的关系.结果表明:升高变形温度、降低变形速率,Z值越小,容易促进动态再结晶发生.

An experimental study of dynamic recrystaUizatuon of austenite SWRH82B steel was carried out using Gleeble-2000 thermal simulator. The effects of deformation temperature and deformation rates on the dynamic recryatallization process were studied by the experimental dams. The relation between dynamic recrystallization of austenite SWRH82B steel and parameter Z was analyzed. The results show that the dynamic recystallization occurs when deforming at high-temperature, low-deformation rate and low parameter Z.
