为了进一步提高催化剂对CO的电催化氧化活性,采用改进的浸渍还原法和微波处理法制备了非担载Pt、Pd、Pt-Pd纳米贵金属催化剂.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)分别对催化剂进行形貌和成分分析.通过循环伏安法(CV)和线性扫描法(LSV)研究了催化剂对CO的电催化氧化特性.结果表明纳米非担载Pt-Pd复合责金属催化剂对CO电催化氧化具有较好的电催化作用,适宜在CO电化学传感器中应用.

In order to improve the electro-catalytic activity for CO oxidation, the highly dispersed unsupported Pt、Pd and Pt-Pd nanocatalysts were prepared by a reformed impregnation-reduction method with intermittent microwave ir-radiation. The architecture analysis and the composition analysis of the catalysts were proceeded by the SEM image and the EDS spectrum. CV and LSV were used for studying the character of the electro-catalytic oxidation process of CO. The results showed that the unsupported Pt-Pd nanocatalysts had the higher electro-catalytic activity for CO oxidation. Suitable for the application of CO electrochemical sensor.
