Wulongquan Mine is the main ore metallurgical flux base of WISCO. In order to meet the demand of high-quality limestone for WISCO, high-quality limestone in western have to be exploited.The optimum scheme is settled on from the alternative schemems by accounting transportation cost, capital investment, land expropriation cost for the least cost in mining-stripping transition.
