目的 筛选适合分离纯化红凤菜总黄酮的大孔吸附树脂.方法 以总黄酮含量为指标,比较不同类型大孔树脂在静态和动态情况下对红凤菜总黄酮的吸附和解吸附特性.结果 D101和HPD-100大孔吸附树脂对红凤菜总黄酮具有良好的吸附分离性能,吸附快、解吸附容易,性能优于其他树脂.结论 D101和HPD-100型大孔树脂对红凤菜总黄酮的分离纯化效果较好.

목적 사선괄합분리순화홍봉채총황동적대공흡부수지.방법 이총황동함량위지표,비교불동류형대공수지재정태화동태정황하대홍봉채총황동적흡부화해흡부특성.결과 D101화HPD-100대공흡부수지대홍봉채총황동구유량호적흡부분리성능,흡부쾌、해흡부용역,성능우우기타수지.결론 D101화HPD-100형대공수지대홍봉채총황동적분리순화효과교호.
Objective To screen macroporous resins for isolation and purification of total flavones from Gynura bicolor DC. (TFG). Methods The content of total flavones was used as the evaluating criteria,and the static and dynamic absorption and desorption tests were carried out to compare the absorption quantity and desorption rate of different types of macroporous resin.Results D101 and HPD-100 resins had good property to absorb and desorb TFG. Conclusion D101 and HPD-100 resins are better for usolation and purification of TFG.
