介绍了用铷吸收光谱法对半导体激光器进行稳频,通过对包括半导体激光驱动源、稳频器、吸收室、光路等系统的优化设计,达到具有高信噪比微分误差信号,从而大大提高了半导体激光器稳频锁定灵敏度和长期稳定性.采用文中介绍的方法建立的光波长标准系统,其波长的测量重复性、稳定性可满足当前和将来很长一段时间光波长计校准的需要.
介紹瞭用銣吸收光譜法對半導體激光器進行穩頻,通過對包括半導體激光驅動源、穩頻器、吸收室、光路等繫統的優化設計,達到具有高信譟比微分誤差信號,從而大大提高瞭半導體激光器穩頻鎖定靈敏度和長期穩定性.採用文中介紹的方法建立的光波長標準繫統,其波長的測量重複性、穩定性可滿足噹前和將來很長一段時間光波長計校準的需要.

The frequency stabilization of the diode laser. The absorption spectroscopy is used to stabilized the frequency of the diode laser. By optimizing of this facility, such as, the diode laser drive, frequency stabilization, absorption cell and optical component etc, high signal-to-noise ratio of differential error signal of absorption spectroscopy is achieved. Thus the sensitivity of frequency locking and long-term frequency stability are improved. In this item, an optical wavelength standard facility has been established. The repetition and stabilization of this standard facility can fulfill the calibration needs of the optical wavelength meter at present and in the future.
