随着计算机技术和数据采集技术的发展,虚拟仪器技术正成为测试方面的重要工具,以PC机为控制中心的测试系统成为当前最为重要的测试系统之一.本文基于虚拟仪器技术,结合C++builder6.0编程平台,编制远程控制软件来实现计算机对多台Agilent 6000系列示波器的远程控制.文中介绍了数字存储示波器远程控制的机理和控制软件的各项功能模块.经过实验,该控制软件基本上实现了对示波器的远程控制和数据传输.

With the development of computer and data acquisition technology, virtual instrument (VI) has been a popular tool in testing area. The testing system which keepe PC as the control center is turning into one of the most important testing systems. In this paper, based on virtual instrument technology, a remote control software which put the communication between single computer and Multi Agilent 6000 series Oscilloscopes into practical effect with program langue C++builder 6.0 is presented. The remote control mechanism of digital memory Oscilloscopes and the functional module of the software are introduced in detail. According to the validation of experimentation, the software basically realized the remote controlling and data transfer of Agilent 6000 series Oscilloscopes.
