目的:探讨β-羧乙基锗倍半氧化物(Ge-132)与还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和维生素B1(VB1)联合应用在体内抗氧化的作用。方法:观察这些药物对乙醇诱发大鼠氧应激态作用下的抗氧化酶活性变化。结果:肝线粒体总超氧化物歧化酶和铜锌超氧化物歧化酶活性,乙醇组与正常对照组比较,其活性显著下降(P<0.05);乙醇+Ge-132+VB1+GSH组与乙醇组比较,肝线粒体酮锌超氧化物歧化酶(Cu,Zn-SOD)活性上升(P<0.05)。结论:Ge-132与GSH和VB1联合应用对乙醇导致的自由基损伤有协同保护作用。

목적:탐토β-최을기타배반양화물(Ge-132)여환원형곡광감태(GSH)화유생소B1(VB1)연합응용재체내항양화적작용。방법:관찰저사약물대을순유발대서양응격태작용하적항양화매활성변화。결과:간선립체총초양화물기화매화동자초양화물기화매활성,을순조여정상대조조비교,기활성현저하강(P<0.05);을순+Ge-132+VB1+GSH조여을순조비교,간선립체동자초양화물기화매(Cu,Zn-SOD)활성상승(P<0.05)。결론:Ge-132여GSH화VB1연합응용대을순도치적자유기손상유협동보호작용。
OBJECTIVE: To examine the antioxidative effect of β-carboxyethyl germanium sesquioxide (Ge-132) combined with GSH and VB1 in vivo. METHODS: The effects of these drugs on rats under oxidative stress induced by ethanol were investigated by observing the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in liver mitochondria and brain, and the activity of glutathion peroxidase (GSH-Px) in serum in the rats. RESULTS: The activity of CuZn-SOD in liver mitochondria decreased in the rats of ethanol group compared with that of the control group (P<0.05), and increased in the ethanol +Ge-132 +VB1 +GSH group compared with ethanol group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Ge-132 could protect from damage caused by free radical in ethanol feeding rats. There is a coordinated effect by combined administration of Ge-132 with GSH and VB1.
