以球形Ni(OH)2为核心原料,Al(NO3)3·9H2O、Co(NO3)2·6H2O 和LiNO3为包裹原料,采用融盐包裹法在空气中煅烧合成了单相固溶体LiNi0.7Co0.2Al0.1O2.用XRD研究了合成产物的物相和结构,用SEM研究了合成产物的形貌,用电池性能测试仪研究了合成产物的电化学性能.实验结果表明,合成产物具有α-NaFeO2型层状有序结构、球状形貌和良好的电化学性能.
以毬形Ni(OH)2為覈心原料,Al(NO3)3·9H2O、Co(NO3)2·6H2O 和LiNO3為包裹原料,採用融鹽包裹法在空氣中煅燒閤成瞭單相固溶體LiNi0.7Co0.2Al0.1O2.用XRD研究瞭閤成產物的物相和結構,用SEM研究瞭閤成產物的形貌,用電池性能測試儀研究瞭閤成產物的電化學性能.實驗結果錶明,閤成產物具有α-NaFeO2型層狀有序結構、毬狀形貌和良好的電化學性能.

A spherical cathode material LiNi0.7Co0.2Al0.1O2 was synthesized by melting-salts coating process in air using spherical Ni(OH)2 as core material, Al(NO3)3·9H2O、Co(NO3)2·6H2O and LiNO3 as coating materials. The crystal structure, morphology and electrochemical performance of the synthesized powder were characterized by XRD, SEM and charge-discharge experiments. The experimental results show that the synthesized powder LiNi0.7Co0.2Al0.1O2 has the α-NaFeO2 type ordered layered structure, spherical morphology and excellent electrochemical performance.
