Clematis hexapetala Pall.%flavonoids%structure determination
目的研究棉团铁线莲Clematis hexapetala Pall.的干燥根及根茎的化学成分.方法利用溶剂提取,硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等手段进行分离、纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定.结果分离鉴定了12个黄酮类化合物,分别为:3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 3′, 4′ -七甲氧基黄酮(1), nobiletin (2), liquiritigenin (3), 橙皮素 (4),柚皮素(5),7, 4′ - 二羟基- 二氢黄酮-7-O-β-D -葡萄糖苷(6), 5, 7,4′ - 三羟基-3′ -甲氧基黄酮醇-7-O-α-L- 鼠李糖(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7),6-hydroxybiochain A(8),芒柄花素(9),大豆素(10),染料木素(11),鸢尾苷(12).结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.
目的研究棉糰鐵線蓮Clematis hexapetala Pall.的榦燥根及根莖的化學成分.方法利用溶劑提取,硅膠柱色譜和高效液相色譜等手段進行分離、純化,根據理化性質和波譜數據進行結構鑒定.結果分離鑒定瞭12箇黃酮類化閤物,分彆為:3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 3′, 4′ -七甲氧基黃酮(1), nobiletin (2), liquiritigenin (3), 橙皮素 (4),柚皮素(5),7, 4′ - 二羥基- 二氫黃酮-7-O-β-D -葡萄糖苷(6), 5, 7,4′ - 三羥基-3′ -甲氧基黃酮醇-7-O-α-L- 鼠李糖(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7),6-hydroxybiochain A(8),芒柄花素(9),大豆素(10),染料木素(11),鳶尾苷(12).結論以上化閤物均為首次從該植物中分離得到.

Aim To study the chemical constituents from the roots and rhizomes of Clematis hexapetala Pall.. Methods The components were isolated by means of solvent extraction, repeated chromatography with silica gel, sephadex LH-20 and prep-HPLC. The structures were determined by spectrum analysis. Results Twelve flavonoids were isolated and their structures were identified as 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 3′, 4′ -heptamethoxyflavone (1), nobiletin (2), liquiritigenin (3), hesperetin (4), naringenin (5), liquiritigen-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), 5, 7, 4′ -trihydroxy-3′- methoxyflavanone -7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (7), 6-hydroxybiochain A (8), formononetin (9), daidzein (10), genistein (11), and tectoridin (12). Conclusion All the said compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
