在传统旅游活动发展的基础上,结合产业链的发展优势,构建了独特的基于产业集群中产业链的天津滨海新区旅游发展的框架;论述了天津滨海新区旅游发展的总体模式及旅游功能区划;提出了发挥政府职能、旅游整合开发、关注顾客让渡价值、培育核心竞争力、打造滨海新区旅游产业集群品牌的建议.
在傳統旅遊活動髮展的基礎上,結閤產業鏈的髮展優勢,構建瞭獨特的基于產業集群中產業鏈的天津濱海新區旅遊髮展的框架;論述瞭天津濱海新區旅遊髮展的總體模式及旅遊功能區劃;提齣瞭髮揮政府職能、旅遊整閤開髮、關註顧客讓渡價值、培育覈心競爭力、打造濱海新區旅遊產業集群品牌的建議.

Starting from analyzing the traditional tourism activities and the advantages of industry chain,the paper builds a unique frame for the development of tourism industry in the Binhai New Area in Tianjin based on industry chain in industry cluster,discusses the generM development pattern and function division of tourism industry in the Binhai New Area,and offers some proposals for the development of tourism industry such as bringing government function into full play,integrating tourism planning,paying attention to customers'delivered value,building up core competitiveness,and making tourism industry cluster brand,etc.
