目的评价和阐述超声心动图在诊断共同动脉干（TA）及其临床分型以及合并畸形中的价值和方法。方法将38例超声心动和/或心血管造影诊为共同动脉干患者的结果进行对比分析。结果超声心动图诊断共同动脉干与心血管造影符合率较高（81.8%），但对IV型共同动脉干诊断率很低。结论超声心动图对于共同动脉干定性及其I、II、III型的分型诊断有较大价值。
목적평개화천술초성심동도재진단공동동맥간（TA）급기림상분형이급합병기형중적개치화방법。방법장38례초성심동화/혹심혈관조영진위공동동맥간환자적결과진행대비분석。결과초성심동도진단공동동맥간여심혈관조영부합솔교고（81.8%），단대IV형공동동맥간진단솔흔저。결론초성심동도대우공동동맥간정성급기I、II、III형적분형진단유교대개치。
ObjectiveTo illuminate and evaluate the value and method of echocardiography in diagnosing truncus arteriosus, clinical type and concomitant congenital malformations. Methods Echocardiographic results were compared with angiographic findings in 38 patients with truncus arteriosus. ResultsThe coincidence rate between echocardiography and angiography was fairly high as 81.8% except for type IV.ConclusionEchocardiography is of great value in diagnosis of truncus arteriosus and defining type I,II and III.
