通过对小麦条锈病潜育期与温度关系的研究,得出了直线方程y=48.9-2.3x,即日平均气温在5~17℃,日平均气温每升高1℃,潜育期缩短2.3 d。用接种喷药法对粉锈宁药理进行研究,结果,粉锈宁防治小麦条锈病显效期为10~15 d,有效期为5~7 d;温度偏低则显效期和有效期偏长,温度偏高则显效期和有效期偏短。最佳防治期的起始防治标准以有中心病团出现为准,第2次用药与第1次用药相隔40 d左右,第3次用药与第2次用药相隔30~35 d。

The rectilinear equation,y=48.9-2.3x,is obtained from probing the relation between the incubation period of wheat stripe rust and temperature.The incubation period reduces 2.3d,when the daily mean temperature increases 1℃ under the condition of 5~7℃.The results show that the evidently effective period and effective period are 10~15d and 5~7d separately by studying the pharmacology of Fenxiuning with the incubation test,and that the evidently effective period and effective period delay and shorten respectively when the temperature is lower or higher.The optimum control period should start at the emergence of central disease patch.The second spray is about 40d after the first spray and the third spray is about 30~35d after the second spray.
