目的:了解裸鼠、金黄地鼠及SD大鼠血液流变学参数正常值。方法:采用锥板式粘度计对裸鼠、金黄地鼠、SD大鼠全血粘度进行同步检测,并采用线性回归的方法求出各组Casson粘度(CV)及Casson(CY)屈服值。结果:三种鼠高切粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞刚性指数检测值相近,裸鼠组检测值略高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),低切粘度、红细胞聚集指数、血浆粘度差异显著性(P<0.01),大鼠值最高,统计学分析差异具显著意义。三种鼠Casson粘度无明显差异(P>0.05),而Casson屈服应力有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:结果提示三种动物红细胞变形能力基本相似,但涉及多种细胞外因素的红细胞聚集性则存在明显差异。

목적:료해라서、금황지서급SD대서혈액류변학삼수정상치。방법:채용추판식점도계대라서、금황지서、SD대서전혈점도진행동보검측,병채용선성회귀적방법구출각조Casson점도(CV)급Casson(CY)굴복치。결과:삼충서고절점도、홍세포압적、홍세포강성지수검측치상근,라서조검측치략고,단차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),저절점도、홍세포취집지수、혈장점도차이현저성(P<0.01),대서치최고,통계학분석차이구현저의의。삼충서Casson점도무명현차이(P>0.05),이Casson굴복응력유현저차이(P<0.01)。결론:결과제시삼충동물홍세포변형능력기본상사,단섭급다충세포외인소적홍세포취집성칙존재명현차이。
Objective:To detect and analyze the normal hemorheological characteristics of nude mice,hamsters and Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats.Methods:The whole blood viscosity values of nude mice,hamsters and SD rats were tested simultaneously by means of the cone and plate viscometer,and Cosson Viscosity(CV)Cosson yield stress(CY)in the blood among them were calculated with unitary linear regression.Results:The whole blood viscosity at high shear rate,hemotocrit,and rigidity index of erythrocyte among 3 species of animals were similar,and there was a little higher in nude rate but no statistical difference;while there existed a significant difference in the values of whole blood viscosity at low shear rate,plasma viscosity and aggregation index of erythrocyte(P<0.01)among them.and SD rats exhibited the highest values.CV value showed no remarkable difference among 3 groups (P>0.05),whereas substantial difference was found in CY value(P<0.01).Conclusion:The erythrocyte deformability is nearly the same among 3 species of animals,but the erythrocyte aggregation involving many extracellular factors appears a noticeable difference.
