通过特殊压密试验探讨了煤矸石压密性与矸块破碎关系.试验结果反映出煤矸石的压密性与一般土的压密性有实质差异,压密过程中较大比例的软岩矸块出现破碎,并伴随有密实程度和颗粒级配的明显变化.根据试验所反映的煤矸石压密前后颗粒级配的变化及压密过程的压力-密度关系特点,将煤矸石的压密过程分为破碎压密和固结压密两个阶段,认为破碎压密是固结压密的预压密过程,其重要作用在于有效改善了煤矸石所存在的颗粒级配缺从而改善其固结压密性.

A series of experiments were carried out to explore the relationship between crushing and compactness of coal waste. The results show that the compactness of coal waste is much different from that of soil. The soft rock , occupying a large proportion in the coal waste, will be crushed and accompanied by an obvious change in compactness and in proportion of different particle sizes in the compressive process. The compacting process of coal waste may be divided into two stages: crushing compacting and consolidation compacting. The authors hold that the crushing compacting is a pre-compressing process, which is quite important for overcoming the shortcomings caused by the unfavorable proportion of different particle sizes and hence improving the compactness of coal waste.
