对微孔、半石墨质和普通等级炭砖试样的导热系数与温度的关系做了回归分析,得到了导热系数和温度的关系表达式,由此,可以从室温导热系数预测高温导热系数。另外,还计算了导热系数与体积密度、显气孔率、透气度和原料等级之间的相关系数。结果表明,导热系数与透气度和原料等级有一定的相关关系,而与体积密度和显气孔率无关。
對微孔、半石墨質和普通等級炭磚試樣的導熱繫數與溫度的關繫做瞭迴歸分析,得到瞭導熱繫數和溫度的關繫錶達式,由此,可以從室溫導熱繫數預測高溫導熱繫數。另外,還計算瞭導熱繫數與體積密度、顯氣孔率、透氣度和原料等級之間的相關繫數。結果錶明,導熱繫數與透氣度和原料等級有一定的相關關繫,而與體積密度和顯氣孔率無關。

The thermal conductivity of forty carbon brick samples including microporous,semi-graphitic and common grade ones was measured at different temperatures.An expression between the thermal conductivity and temperature was obtained via regression analysis,with this expression the thermal conductivity of carbon bricks at high temperatures can be predicted on the basis of room temperature thermal conductivity.Correlation coefficients between the thermal conductivity and bulk density,open porosity,permeability and raw material grade was obtained respectively.The results show that the thermal conductivity is correlated with the permeability of carbon bricks and the grade of raw materials to some degree,but not with the bulk density and open porosity of the carbon bricks.
