塔河油田原油具有粘度大、凝固点高,含蜡等特点,影响油井正常生产,需进行化学清防蜡降粘以实现原油增产稳产及远距离输送。对新研制的DC-6油溶性高分子化学清防蜡降粘剂进行了室内试验评价,结果表明,该清防蜡剂能适合塔河油田需要,改善原油流动状态,减缓油井结蜡趋势,降低生产成本,提高经济效益。

The crude oil from Tahe Oilfield owns the characteristics of high viscosity & freezing point and wax bearing, which affects the normal production. So in order to improve and maintain the production rate and the oil be transported to far distance, it is necessary to remove & control wax and reduce viscosity using chemical additives. Lab experiments have been done to evaluate the new developed DC-6 wax controlling and viscosity reducing additive. The results show that this additive can improve crude oil flow performance, reduce the wax forming trend, decrease production cost and improve economical benefit.
