文章在推导新的效率换算公式的基础上,分析了原、模型之间雷诺数Re的不同对效率换算的影响,通过多组试验,回归出效率换算公式中指数与转速比(即Re数之比)的关系,最后根据该关系对不同型式的泵及装置效率进行预测,并与实测值进行对比,具有较高的精度。

Based on new efficiency transformation formula between a model and a prototype, the Reynolds number's effects on the efficiency transformation was analyzed. A number of tests were made so that the regression relationship between the index in the formula and speed ratio (Reynolds number ratio) could be determined. Finally, according to the relationship, the efficiencies of pumps and their systems were forecasted and the results show that the errors are very low, comparing with the experimental data.
