The construct of magnet assembly of 270°deflection system is analyzed. Key techniques such as the mold plate and fixed plate are utilized to solve a series of problems of location, installation and debugging. It is proved that the mechanical and physical qualities of deflection system are satisfied for the medical electron lance.
