用高效液相色谱法测定苹果果皮多种类胡萝卜素。以丙酮与石油醚提取色素,用Novapak C18(4.6 mm×150 mm)色谱柱,乙腈∶甲醇∶二氯甲烷(70∶20∶10)流动相,在450 nm下检测类胡萝卜素。结果表明,玉米黄质、叶黄素、番茄红素与β-胡萝卜素的回收率分别是94.27%~99.82%、84.56%~89.41%、87.53~93.54%与88.08%~93.24%。其中富士果仅检测到玉米黄质(5.9×10-3 μg/mm2)与β -胡萝卜素(5.4×10-3 μg/mm2);蛇果(红星)只有玉米黄质(9.1×10-3 μg/mm2)。

A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was used to determine carotenoids in apple peel.Carotenoids were extracted from apple peel with acetone and petroleum ether.Using Novapak C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm),acetonitrile∶methanol∶methylene chloride (70∶20∶10) as mobile phase,carotenoids were eluted and monitored at 450 nm.It was shown that recoveries of zeaxanthin,lutein,lycopene and β-carotene were 94.27%~99.82%,84.56%~89.41%,87.53%~93.54%,and 88.08%~93.24%.‘Fuji’ apple contained zeaxanthin (5.9×10-3 μg/mm2) and β-carotene (5.4×10-3 μg/mm2) and Red Delicious apple only zeaxanthin (9.1×10-3 μg/mm2).
