单光子吸收法(SPA)是活体测定人或动物骨矿含量的非侵入性方法之一。用SPA活体测定蛋鸡胫骨骨矿含量,探讨其测定方法的可行性、重复性及准确度。结果表明,以胫跖关节内侧隆起作为定位标志,并以距此标志3 cm处作为胫骨骨矿含量的测试部位较为理想,其重复性(CV)为7.90%,准确度为2.633%(r=0.9926,P<0.01)。本试验所建立的方法,为研究禽类骨骼代谢疾病(如笼养蛋鸡骨质疏松症)奠定了基础。

Single photon absorptiometry (SPA) is one of noninvasive techniques, with which bone mineral content in animals or human can be measured in vivo. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the feasibility, precision in vivo and accuracy in vitro of SPA in measuring in vivo tibia bone mineral content (BMC) of hens. The results indicated that bone mineral content could be scanned through better site, 3 cm rather than 4 cm proximal from inner side hunch in tibiotarsal joint. The precision in vivo expressed as the variation coefficient (CV) for BMC measurements in 3 em proximal to tibia tibiotarsal joint was 7.90% .. The in vitro accuracy expressed as the standard error of the estimate (SEE) was 2.633% ( r =0.99321, P < 0.01 ). The method established in this experiment may lay a foundation on studing bone metablic diseases in poultry such as cage layer osteoporosis.
