根据齿轮整体误差测量的特点,在交错轴斜齿轮啮合原理的基础上,讨论小齿形角蜗杆与齿轮的啮合特性,为研究小齿形角蜗杆测量齿轮整体误差奠定了理论基础。从小齿形角蜗杆与齿轮的啮合原理及特性出发,分析了小齿形角工具蜗杆螺旋线误差规律,为测量过程中的误差补偿提供理了论依据。
根據齒輪整體誤差測量的特點,在交錯軸斜齒輪齧閤原理的基礎上,討論小齒形角蝸桿與齒輪的齧閤特性,為研究小齒形角蝸桿測量齒輪整體誤差奠定瞭理論基礎。從小齒形角蝸桿與齒輪的齧閤原理及特性齣髮,分析瞭小齒形角工具蝸桿螺鏇線誤差規律,為測量過程中的誤差補償提供理瞭論依據。

According to the features of measuring gear integrated error,the meshing characteristic of small pressure angle worm to gear is discussed,based on helical gear meshing theory,which affords theoretic base for studying the measuring gear integrated error with small pressure angle worm.On the basis of meshing rule and characteristic of small pressure angle worm to gear,the helix error rule of small pressure angle worm is proposed,which provides theory foundation for error compensation in the course of measuring.
