在一套φ1 200mm×12000 mm/φ1000 mm×5000 mm的大型有机玻璃流化床中考察了FCC催化剂在稀相区夹带粒度分布的情况,得出夹带颗粒与稀相高度及表观气速的分布规律,即随着高度的上升,小颗粒所占分率逐渐增多,大颗粒所占分率逐渐减小。通过对实验结果的分析,给出了颗粒粒度分布与高度及表观气速的关联式。
在一套φ1 200mm×12000 mm/φ1000 mm×5000 mm的大型有機玻璃流化床中攷察瞭FCC催化劑在稀相區夾帶粒度分佈的情況,得齣夾帶顆粒與稀相高度及錶觀氣速的分佈規律,即隨著高度的上升,小顆粒所佔分率逐漸增多,大顆粒所佔分率逐漸減小。通過對實驗結果的分析,給齣瞭顆粒粒度分佈與高度及錶觀氣速的關聯式。

The rule of the distributor of entrainment particles in the dilute phase of turbulent fluidized bed has been studied in φ1 200×12 000/φ1 000×5 000 large FCC regenerator. According to the analysis of the experimental results ,the entrainment model of particles has been established,and with the raised height ,the small perticles are increased,while the large particles are reduced.
