介绍了倒频谱及其特点,列举了其在滚动轴承分析中的应用实例。分析表明倒频谱在识别边频及测试系统传递函数的影响方面具有显著的特点。基于具有不同故障缺陷的滚动轴承实测振动信号及功率谱图的特点,借助倒频谱分析,可以在复杂的干扰信号中,准确地确定轴承的故障部分。
介紹瞭倒頻譜及其特點,列舉瞭其在滾動軸承分析中的應用實例。分析錶明倒頻譜在識彆邊頻及測試繫統傳遞函數的影響方麵具有顯著的特點。基于具有不同故障缺陷的滾動軸承實測振動信號及功率譜圖的特點,藉助倒頻譜分析,可以在複雜的榦擾信號中,準確地確定軸承的故障部分。

This paper introduces the inverse spectrum and its features ,and presents with some applied experimental examples in the rolling bearing analysis by using this method. The analysis indicates that the inverse spectrum has a noticeable feature to distinguish the influence of the side frequency as well as the transfer function in measuring test system. Based on the features of the test vibration signal of the rolling bearing in the different faults as well as the spectrum diagram,the position of the bearing fault in a complex disturbing sign can also be accurately located.
