利用VB在Windows环境下建立了不锈钢焊接知识库及其焊接专家系统.知识库系统具有对记录进行存储、检索、编辑、增删、修改和扩充等功能;专家系统则集中了大量的专家知识,利用正、反双向推理技术可以完成奥氏体不锈钢、马氏体不锈钢、铁素体不锈钢及奥氏体—铁素体不锈钢等系列的近百种材料的焊接工艺优化设计.同时还具有焊接成本预测功能.
利用VB在Windows環境下建立瞭不鏽鋼銲接知識庫及其銲接專傢繫統.知識庫繫統具有對記錄進行存儲、檢索、編輯、增刪、脩改和擴充等功能;專傢繫統則集中瞭大量的專傢知識,利用正、反雙嚮推理技術可以完成奧氏體不鏽鋼、馬氏體不鏽鋼、鐵素體不鏽鋼及奧氏體—鐵素體不鏽鋼等繫列的近百種材料的銲接工藝優化設計.同時還具有銲接成本預測功能.
이용VB재Windows배경하건립료불수강한접지식고급기한접전가계통.지식고계통구유대기록진행존저、검색、편집、증산、수개화확충등공능;전가계통칙집중료대량적전가지식,이용정、반쌍향추리기술가이완성오씨체불수강、마씨체불수강、철소체불수강급오씨체—철소체불수강등계렬적근백충재료적한접공예우화설계.동시환구유한접성본예측공능.
The knowledge base and the expert system for stainless steel welding are developed in this paper by making use of VB for windows. This knowledge base has many functions which possess all kinds of operating for records. A lot of special knowledge has been collected in this expert system. The technology design of welding for austenite stainless steel, martenite stainless steel, ferrite stainless steel and austenite-ferrite stainless steel has been done by making use of tow—way inference technology. Moreover, it has the function of predicting welding cost.
