本研究通过γ射线照射和亚硝基胍交替处理,诱变出一株纤维素酶高产菌株T801,与出发菌株相比,其产酶能力提高1.77倍。通过对诱变菌株产纤维素酶条件研究发现,以稻草 粉为碳源、蛋白胨为氮源时,菌株产酶最高。该菌株产酶最适培养温度为28℃~30℃,最适 培养pH为4.8~5.0,在此条件下发酵五天达到产酶高峰。该诱变株产酶能力高于国内外一 些已知的纤维素酶高产菌株如QM9414等,具有重大的实用价值。

본연구통과γ사선조사화아초기고교체처리,유변출일주섬유소매고산균주T801,여출발균주상비,기산매능력제고1.77배。통과대유변균주산섬유소매조건연구발현,이도초 분위탄원、단백동위담원시,균주산매최고。해균주산매최괄배양온도위28℃~30℃,최괄 배양pH위4.8~5.0,재차조건하발효오천체도산매고봉。해유변주산매능력고우국내외일 사이지적섬유소매고산균주여QM9414등,구유중대적실용개치。
Trichoderma kiningii T-801,which can produce rela tively high cellulase,was isolated.The ability of producing cellulase of mutant T-801 had increased 1.77 times after treated with nitrousguanide and γ-r ay and was higher than that of Trichoderma QM9414.The medium with straw powder a s car bon source and peptone as nitrogen source is optimal and the maximum cellulase a ctivity is reached at 30℃ and pH5.0 when cultured for 5days.
