The fluorescence spectrum of the B3П1 → X1∑+ transition of InC1 has been assigned and the time-resolution spectrum of (0,0) is measured by laser induced fluorescence. The collision-free fluorescence radiative lifetime τ0 ≈ 353 ns for the B3 П1(v′ = 0), a quenching rate constant kQ ≈ 1.985 x 10-10 cm3molecule-1s-1 and the electronic transition moment |Re|2 =- 0.40D2 are obtained for the first time.
