用不同浓度的NaCl、Na_2SO_4、NaHCO_3和Na_2CO_3混合液对白三叶种子进行种子萌发试验,观察、测定不同浓度盐碱胁迫下种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数、活力指数.结果表明,低浓度混合盐碱溶液对白三叶种子的萌发具有促进作用,发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数升高;高浓度混合盐碱溶液处理则抑制白三叶种子萌发,各项指标均下降.盐胁迫和碱胁迫同时存在时,两者共同影响种子萌发,且有交互作用.

An experiment was conducted to study the germination rate and germination index of Trifolium repens seeds treated with different concentrations of mixed liquor of NaCl,Na_2SO_4,NaHCO_3 and Na_2CO_3.The results showed that low salt concentration of mixed liquor could promoted the germination of T. repens seeds according to the obvious increase of germination rate,germination power and germination index under mixed salt stress,On the contrary,high salt concentration of mixed liquor could inhibit T. repens seed germination and the germination rate.germination power and germination index all de-creased.Salt stress and alkali stress which existed the same time,were not only affect seeds germination,but also interacted.
