运用酶抑制-比色法,以菜青虫乙酰胆碱酯酶作为试验酶源,测定了四川雅安地区的四季豆、生菜、凤尾等5种蔬菜中乐果的残留量.结果表明,生菜乙醇萃取液的农药残留量最大,达到4.209 3mg/kg,超过国家标准(1 mg/kg);凤尾农药残留量最低,其乙醇萃取液的农药残留量为0.043 8 mg/kg.此法对农药残留快速检测有一定的实践意义.

The residue of dimethoate in 5 vegetables(Chinese cabbage,lettuce,Pteris,kidney beans,cabbage)from Ya'an was extracted with ethanol and detected by enzyme inhibition and colorimetry which used acetylcholinesterase from Pieris rapae larvae.The results indicated that the content of dimethoate in lettuce was the highest one,which exceeded the Chinese government standard of 1 mg/kg and reached 4.209 3 mg/kg.But the residue in Pteris as the minimum one was only 0.043 8 mg/kg.Some practical meanings were obtained for rapid detecting pesticide residues in this paper.
