为充分挖掘油田的剩余油潜力,辽河油田采用水平井进行了二次开发试验.为提高水平井的生产能力,部分水平井采取蒸汽吞吐开发.为确保水平井注汽工艺的安全、高效实施,以蒸汽吞吐成熟工艺为基础,通过工艺优化,确定了适应辽河油田水平井注汽开发需求的工艺--管柱优化、双管注汽、多点注汽、降黏助排等,达到水平井注汽后高效生产的目的.

Horizontal wells were adopted in the second development test of Liaohe Oilfield to fully exploit the potential of remain-ing oil fields. In order to improve the productive capacity, steam injection was carried out in some wells. The steam injection processes which were suitable for horizontal wells in Liaohe Oilfield were determined by optimizing the mature steam stimulation process. It included string optimization, dual string injection, multi-point steam injection and viscosity reduction cleanup which can ensure the safe, efficient implementation of the process. Efficient production after steam injection was achieved by all these measures.
