提出一种基于动态投影栅线的全场非接触测量振动或者连续变形物体的位移、速度和加速度的方法.利用高速摄像机采集一系列随时间变化的投影栅线图.加窗傅里叶变换由于可进行局部分析和更好地抑制噪声,被用来提取单幅栅线图的相位.经过对序列投影栅线图在空间域上的处理,得到包含位移信息的三维复相位矩阵.再通过加窗傅里叶脊对位移在时间域上的分析,进一步提取出物体的速度和加速度分布.连续振动悬臂梁的测量实验结果表明,动态投影栅线结合加窗傅里叶分析能够得到动态变形物体上每个点的瞬时的位移、速度和加速度分布,证实了该方法的有效性.

A non-contact whole-field method for displacement,velocity and acceleration measurements of a vibrating or continuous deformed object is presented based on dynamic fringe projection.A sequence of fringe patterns changing with time are captured by a high-speed camera.The phase changes of the object at different instants are obtained by 2D windowed Fourier transform because it performs over a local area and can effectively suppress noise.3D complex matrix related to displacement can be obtained after spatial processing of the time-sequence fringe patterns.The velocity and acceleration can be extracted by temporal windowed Fourier ridge analysis of the displacement.The experiment for measurement of a vibrating cantilever beam is conducted to verify the efficiency of the method.The results show that the dynamic fringe projection with widowed Fourier analysis can be used to evaluate the displacement,velocity and acceleration on each point of dynamic deformed object.
