目的了解务工人员HIV、梅毒的感染情况及艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为情况,为制定防治措施提供依据.方法对湖南省部分地区的务工人员进行问卷调查,并采集其血清样本,进行HIV抗体和梅毒抗体检测.结果共有2233人接受了HIV抗体、梅毒抗体检测,其阳性率分别为0.3%、1.5%.多因素分析显示,调查对象的艾滋病相关知识知晓情况与性别、年龄、民族和文化程度有关.结论这些地区务工人员的HIV感染率较高,安全套使用率较低,存在进一步传播HIV的风险,应加强对他们的预防性干预工作.

Objective To understand HIV,syphilis infection status and the knowledge,attitude and behavior about HIV/AIDS among migrant workers,so as to provide evidence for the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS and syphilis.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out among migrant workers in Hunan province,and their blood specimens were collected for tests of HIV antibody and syphilis antibody.Result In total,2233 migrant workers under-went serum tests.The positive rates of HIV,syphilis antibody were 0.3% and 1.5% respectively.Moreover,awareness of knowledge about HIV was associated with their gender,age,nation and education.Conclusions Prevalence of HIV infection among these migrant workers are high and the rate of using condom is very low,which indicate higher risk for HIV transmission among them and intervention for HIV prevention should be enhanced.
