目的 探讨局部五马膏热敷对局部组织血管的影响.方法 90例确诊为腰椎间盘突出症患者静脉点滴20%甘露醇540例次,随机分实验组和对照组.实验组静滴后沿静脉走向距针眼2 cm处热敷五马膏30 min,对照组不作处理,观察两组静脉炎发生率.结果 实验组静脉炎发生率8.87%,对照组静脉炎发生率33.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=6.67,P＜0.01).结论 局部五马膏热敷的护理,可减少静脉炎发生率,减轻患者痛苦.

목적 탐토국부오마고열부대국부조직혈관적영향.방법 90례학진위요추간반돌출증환자정맥점적20%감로순540례차,수궤분실험조화대조조.실험조정적후연정맥주향거침안2 cm처열부오마고30 min,대조조불작처리,관찰량조정맥염발생솔.결과 실험조정맥염발생솔8.87%,대조조정맥염발생솔33.33%,량조비교차이유통계학의의(x2=6.67,P＜0.01).결론 국부오마고열부적호리,가감소정맥염발생솔,감경환자통고.
Objective To observe the effect of hot dressing with wuma plaster on prevention of phlebitis induced by injecting mannitol and nursing. Methods A total of 90 cases of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation received 540 intravenous infusion by 20% mannitol were randomly divided into study group( n =45 ) and control group ( n = 45 ). The study group was given hot dressing with wuma plaster 30 minute by spot of sting about 2cm along the vein and the control group was not given . Phlebitis were observed in two group .Results There were 4 ( 8.87% ) of phlebitis in study group and 15 ( 33.33% ) of phlebitis in control group.There was significant difference between two groups ( x2 = 6.67, P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusions Hot dressing with wuma plaster can reduce the phlebitis by 20% mannitol intravenous infusion.
