以上海地铁新老列车改造加强地铁列车车辆安全性为背景,为实现远程分布式地铁车辆车载大功率设备多点温度状态采集与智能识别监控,同时便于监测已存在的智能模块相关火灾参数,以CAN总线、Ethernet/IP以太网、ARM7单片机及其它智能模块节点为硬件基础构架两层分布式智能火灾状态智能识别网络报警系统.CAN总线实现远程分布式设备的多温度状态智能识别与监控,Ethernet/IP与其它智能模块的通讯实现其它相关参数的监测.硬件冗余技术和软件冗余技术的应用保证了状态参数的实时性、安全性、可靠性及网络系统的易于扩展性,在火灾状态识别报警网络系统的建立探索中提供了一种可行方法.

Based on re-make of new and old subway vehicle for strength of safety, to adopt, recognize and monitor multi-point temperature state parameter of high power devices of subway vehicle, at the same time easily monitor relative fire parameter of other intelligent model node the subway vehicle had, two layers distributed network system of fire state intelligent recognition and alarming based on CAN bus, Ethemet/IP, ARM7 micro control units and other intelligent model nodes are built. CAN bus connected remote ARM7 nodes, Ethernet/ IP connected other intelligent model nodes, so that realized fire state parameter recognition and monitoring. The application of hardware redundancy technology and software technology, it makes sure that state parameter are real-time, reliable, safe and network system is expandable, which supplies a effective method during exploring and building a feasible network system of fire sate recognition.
