为了研究林业灭火作业时,森林灭火手泵的长度、把手直径等参数对人体生理负荷的影响,优化手泵人机界面操作参数,采用心率作为评价指标,分析不同参数对作业人员心率增加比率的影响.结果表明:握持长度对心率增加比率的影响显著(p<0.05),800 mm的握持长度时,心率增加比率最大;握持直径为32 mm时,心率增加比率最大.

In order to optimize the parameters of man-machine interface of hand pump,the effects of the parameters (grip length and grip diameter of forest fire suppression hand pump)on physiological load of human body during the work of forest firefighting were studied in this paper.The heart rate(HR)was used as evaluating index,and the effects of different parameters on increasing ratio of HR of worker were analyzed.The results indicated that the effect of grip length on the increasing ratio of HR was significant(p<0.05);the increasing ratio of HR was the largest when the grip length was 800 mm and the grip diameter was 32 mm.
