在地层压力高的水平井射孔作业,常采用在重钻井液压井情况下完成施工,给射孔作业提出了更高的要求.磨溪气田水平井射孔出现了卡枪现象,为了弄清卡枪原因,从钻井液、井眼轨迹、井口落物、套管变形、枪管变形、枪管与套管间隙、射孔碎屑、射孔作业工艺等方面分析了卡枪原因,结合实例分析和现场应用统计得出了磨溪气田水平井射孔卡枪的真实原因,同时形成了一套防范卡枪措施.在后续的重钻井液条件下水平井射孔作业中改变了现场作业工艺,射孔后随即将射孔枪提至φ177.8mm套管,再没有出现卡枪现象,应用结果表明新的现场作业工艺行之有效.

Perforating is a major technology in the completion of horizontal well with high formation pressure. To find out the canses of horizontal well perforator sticking in Moxi gas field, drilling fluid, wellbore trajectory, wellhead junks, casing deformation, perforator deformation, gap between perforator and casing, perforating debris, perforating technology are analyzed in this paper. True casuesof perforator sticking are derived from the combination of case study and field application, at the same time a set of precautions are developed. During the subsequent horizontal well perforation, technology for field operation is changed, i.e. the perforator is changed into 7-inch casing after perforating. As a result, perforator sticking is never cansed again. Application results show that the new technol-ogy is effective.
