目前,大型旋转机械轴振动监测主要使用涡流传感器,其性能的优劣,直接关系到整个机组能否安全可靠稳定运行.针对振动涡流传感器的材料敏感性和温漂问题,分别进行了相关实验研究.首先通过实验数据处理,提出了一种消除材料敏感性的变换方法,并对该方法进行了理论论证;其次在理论上分析了影响温漂的主要因素,提出了一种能够有效减小温漂的方法.最后将两种方法综合应用于探头设计之中,实验表明,振动涡流传感器材料敏感性误差小于3.5%,温漂小于2.5%.

At present, eddy current sensors are mainly used for monitoring shaft vibration of a large rotating machinery.So their performance is directly related to secure and stable operation of the whole unit.Related experimental studies were done, including the problems of material sensitivity and temperature drift.Firstly, a transformation method to eliminate the sensitivity was proposed through processing experimental data, and the theoretical demonstration was also made.Secondly, a method of effectively reducing the temperature drift was presented following the theoretical analysis of the main factors affecting the drift.Finally, the two methods were comprehensively applied to designing a probe.The experiment showed that the error of material sensitivity for an eddy current sensor is less than 3.5% and the error of temperature drift less than 2.5% adopting the two proposed methods.
