目的 观察血液灌流联合血液透析对救治急性重型中毒患者的疗效.方法 急性药物或食物中毒昏迷患者44例,按治疗方法 不同将病例分为治疗组(n=28)与对照组(n=16).对照组患者常规给予洗胃、吸氧、药物解毒和生命支持等治疗,治疗组患者除上述处理还进行血液灌流和血液透析治疗,观察两组患者昏迷时间、住院天数、治愈率、死亡率、并发症.结果 治疗组治愈27例,死亡1例,对照组治愈11例,死亡5例.治疗组昏迷时间、住院天数、死亡率、并发症发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.01),治愈率高于对照组(P<0.01).结论 血液灌流联合血液透析可迅速清除体内的药物或毒物,明显缩短病程、减少并发症,提高急性重症中毒患者的生存率.

목적 관찰혈액관류연합혈액투석대구치급성중형중독환자적료효.방법 급성약물혹식물중독혼미환자44례,안치료방법 불동장병례분위치료조(n=28)여대조조(n=16).대조조환자상규급여세위、흡양、약물해독화생명지지등치료,치료조환자제상술처리환진행혈액관류화혈액투석치료,관찰량조환자혼미시간、주원천수、치유솔、사망솔、병발증.결과 치료조치유27례,사망1례,대조조치유11례,사망5례.치료조혼미시간、주원천수、사망솔、병발증발생솔명현소우대조조(P<0.01),치유솔고우대조조(P<0.01).결론 혈액관류연합혈액투석가신속청제체내적약물혹독물,명현축단병정、감소병발증,제고급성중증중독환자적생존솔.
Objective To observe the clinical effects of hemoperfusion (HP) plus hemodialysis (HD) on the patients with critical acute poisoning. Methods 44 cases in coma,which got critical acute drug or food poisioning, were divided into groups, the cure group(n = 28) and the control group (n = 16). The control group was given gastrolavage,oxygen inhalation, drug tetoxification and basic life-support treatment, on this basis, the cure group was given HP and HD. The duration of coma, the average hospital day, the cure rate and the death rate were observed,and compared between the two groups. Results 27 cases were cured and 1 case died in the cure group, while 11 cases were cured and 5 cases died in the control group, contrast to the control group, it is a singnificant decrease on the duration of coma, The average hospital day and the death rate in the cure group, and it is sapperial to the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion HP and HD is one of the efficient measures to the rescuing patients with critical acute poisoning, because it can clear the drug and food poison quickly, shorten the course of disease and reduce complication,improve the survival rate of patients with critical acute poisoning.
