针对内燃机车内特定的空调使用环境,提出一种以87C196MC为控制芯片,以IGBT和IPM为开关器件的5 kVA内燃机车空调逆变电源的设计方案,实现了系统变频运行、智能控制以及故障处理等功能.介绍了该逆变电源的主电路结构、工作原理和控制系统设计;样机现场实验结果表明,该电源达到设计指标要求,工作稳定可靠.

For the specific air-conditioned environment of internal-combustion engine,this paper describes the design scheme of 5 kVA locomotive air-conditioner inverter which bases on 87C196MC and uses IGBT and IPM as main power switches.The inverter functions include the realization of system variable-frequency operation,intelligent control and fault processing.The main circuit structure,operating principle and control system design are represented.The experimental pro-totype is developed,and the experimental result shows the power supply matches the requirements of the design and works stably and reliably.
