在有损信道中,由于前向差错编码的有效性急剧下降,因此对于高突发有损信道,信源和信道的比特率控制优化成为一个挑战.提出了一种有效针对差错恢复的视频自适应编码,通过自适应调整帧内编码更新,优化了视频源比特率失真控制.针对无损和有损信道的差错恢复,进行了理论分析,并且实验模拟了视频样本序列.实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性,同时也表明该方法十分有效.

The effectiveness of FEC channel coding is drastically reduced for highly bursty and lossy transmission channel, and the optimization of source and channel rate control is very challenging. This paper presents an effective error resilient a-daptive video coding approach, which is resistant to lossy channel and the source rate distortion is optimized through INTRA refreshing rate adaptation with respect to scene metrics. Its error resilience effects over lossless and lossy channel are analyzed theoretically and are simulated. The experimental work validates our analysis and demonstrates conclusively that our proposed approach is both effective and efficient.
